Privacy note

Last updated 29 October 2026.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we keep what you type into the form: your name, email, and, if you choose to add them, your city, phone number, who you travel with, your next trip, your creator profile link and any invite code. We also note the date and any campaign tag in the link you arrived from.

Why

Only to run the private beta: to decide who to invite, to send your invitation, and to reply if you write to us. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and this site has no tracking or analytics scripts.

Where it lives

Your request is stored on the server that hosts this site and emailed to the Comitiva team’s inbox. To limit spam we keep a short-lived, one-way scrambled form of your network address for an hour; we don’t store the address itself.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time by replying to any email from us. We delete waitlist details we no longer need once the private beta ends.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. If you arrive with an invite link, your browser remembers the code for that visit only.
